Initial Setup and Charging
Unfolding the Lantern
To prepare your SolarPuff Merlin for use, gently pull the sides of the collapsed lantern outwards. The unique origami design will expand into a cube shape. Ensure all panels are fully extended for optimal light diffusion.

First Charge
Before initial use, place the lantern with its solar panel facing direct sunlight for 10-12 hours. This ensures the internal Lithium-Ion battery is fully charged, providing up to 12 hours of light. No external batteries or power sources are needed for charging.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Brightness Modes
Locate the power button on the lantern. Press the button:
- Once: Activates low brightness mode.
- Twice: Activates high brightness mode, illuminating up to 100 square feet.
- Three times: Activates emergency SOS flash mode.
- Four times: Turns the lantern off.
Color Light Therapy Modes
The SolarPuff Merlin features a multicolor light function with 6 distinct colors: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple, and White. After cycling through the brightness modes, continue pressing the power button to access the color modes. You can stop on your preferred color or allow it to cycle through all colors automatically.
