4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes approximately 15 minutes. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five rolling casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the five-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled five-star base.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Secure the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism aligns with the front of the seat.
4. Connect Armrests: Attach the armrests to both sides of the seat cushion and the backrest using the designated screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
5. Attach Backrest to Seat: Connect the backrest to the seat assembly, aligning the pre-drilled holes and securing with screws.
6. Place Seat Assembly onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Okeysen office chair offers several adjustment features for personalized comfort:

• Height Adjustment: To raise the seat, lift the lever on the right side of the chair while taking your weight off the seat. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated. Release the lever at the desired height.
• Tilt Function: Pull the same lever outwards to unlock the tilt mechanism, allowing the chair to rock back and forth. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
• Tilt Tension Control: The round knob located underneath the seat, at the front of the mechanism, controls the tension of the tilt. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
• Swivel and Rolling: The chair features 360-degree swivel and smooth-rolling casters for easy movement and flexibility.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the PU leather or chrome finish.
• Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and safety.
• Caster Care: Keep casters free of debris (hair, dust, etc.) to ensure smooth rolling.
