3. Setup: Battery Installation

The Anteday Electric Milk Frother is powered by two AA batteries (not included). Please ensure you have these batteries ready before first use.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the handle.
2. Gently slide open the battery cover.
3. Insert two 1.5V AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery cover securely.
5. Always use new batteries. Do not mix new and old batteries.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal frothing and mixing results:

1. Pour your desired liquid (milk, coffee, etc.) into a container. For frothing, fill the container approximately 1/3 full.
2. Submerge the whisk end of the frother into the liquid.
3. Press and hold the ON/OFF switch located at the top of the handle. The whisk will begin to rotate and create foam.
4. As foam begins to form, slowly lift the frother slightly, keeping the whisk submerged in the froth layer. This helps to incorporate air and create a thicker foam.
5. Continue frothing for approximately 15 seconds, or until desired foam consistency is achieved.
6. Release the ON/OFF switch to stop the whisk from rotating.
7. Before lifting the frother out of the liquid, ensure the whisk has stopped spinning to prevent splashing.

Tip for Hot Milk Froth: For best results with hot milk, ensure the milk temperature does not exceed 60°C (140°F). Higher temperatures can prevent proper frothing.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

1. After each use, rinse the whisk end under running water immediately.
2. For thorough cleaning, you may rotate the handheld mixer in flowing hot water for less than 10 seconds.
3. Do not immerse the entire handle unit in water, as this can damage the motor and battery compartment.
4. Avoid using chemical, abrasive, or aggressive cleaning agents, as these can damage the surface of the whisk and handle.
5. Dry the whisk thoroughly before storing.

6. Troubleshooting

If your frother is not operating as expected, consider the following:

• Frother not turning on: Check if the batteries are inserted correctly with the right polarity. Replace batteries if they are old or depleted.
• Weak frothing power: Ensure batteries are fresh. Old or low-power batteries can reduce performance.
• Milk not frothing: Ensure the milk is cold (for cold froth) or not excessively hot (for hot froth, max 60°C/140°F). Some milk types (e.g., skim milk) froth better than others.
