Operating Instructions

  2. **Temperature Control**: Use the dial on the front panel to adjust the desired temperature, ranging from 'Light' to 'Dark' for varying levels of crispness.
  3. **Cooking**:
    • **Panini/Sandwich Mode**: Place your sandwich or food item on the bottom cooking plate. Gently lower the top plate until it rests on the food. The floating hinge allows for even pressure on various food thicknesses.
    • **Open Grill Mode (180-degree)**: The panini press can open 180 degrees to lay flat, providing a larger grilling surface. This is ideal for grilling steaks, burgers, chicken, vegetables, or making pancakes and omelets.
  4. **Grease Collection**: For foods that release grease, ensure the included grease collection cup is placed under the designated hole at the back of the unit to catch excess oils.
  5. **Completion**: Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the food using a heat-resistant utensil. Unplug the appliance.
