Setup and Installation
- Mounting the Motor: Securely attach the motor to your industrial sewing machine table using appropriate hardware. Ensure the motor is stable and aligned with the sewing machine's drive mechanism.
- Pulley Installation: This motor features a tapered shaft for the pulley. Ensure you use a compatible 100mm tapered pulley. Note that pulleys for straight shafts are not interchangeable.
- Power Cord Connection: The motor is supplied with a power cord that does not have a plug. A suitable 110V or 220V power plug must be purchased separately and installed by a qualified electrician. Ensure the wiring is correct for your local voltage supply.
- Pedal Connection: Connect the foot pedal to the designated port on the motor control box.

Parameter Setting Steps:
- Press the M key and turn on the power until the panel displays "PA". Release the M key, and the panel will display the parameter number.
- In normal mode, press the M key until the panel displays "PA". Release the M key, and the panel will display the parameter number.
Parameter Setting Key Description:
- M Key: Press one time to increase number. Hold Press to decrease number.
- Square Key: Press one time to enter Parameter or parameter value. Press 2 Seconds to Save Parameter value.

Machine Type Selection:
To select the machine type and motor specification:
- Press M and Square simultaneously, and turn ON the power until the panel displays "rs". Then release the keys.
- Press the M key; the machine type will be cycled and increased.
- Press the Square key to save.
- Restart the machine.

Maintenance
