Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before initial use, fully charge the device. Connect the USB charging cable to the device and a power source (e.g., computer USB port or USB wall adapter). The screen will indicate charging status.
2. Inserting the SD Card
The device comes with a 32GB SD card. To insert or remove the SD card, first detach the main unit from the wristband. Carefully slide the SD card into the designated slot. Ensure it is inserted correctly.

3. Setting Date and Time
To ensure accurate timestamps on your recordings, you need to set the date and time. Connect the device to a computer using the USB cable or insert the SD card into the provided USB card reader and connect it to your computer. Locate the time synchronization file (often named 'time.txt' or similar) on the SD card. Open this file with a text editor (e.g., Notepad). Edit the date and time to the current values in the specified format (e.g., YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS). Save the file and safely eject the device/SD card. The device will synchronize its time upon the next power-on.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
To power on the device, press and hold the touch pad (located just below the display) for approximately 5 seconds. The screen will activate, showing the time and battery level. To power off, repeat the same action.
Video Recording
- Ensure the device is powered on and in standby mode.
- Press the upper side button once. The screen will display a solid red heart icon, indicating that video recording has started.
- To stop video recording, press the upper side button again. The solid red heart icon will disappear, and the device will return to standby mode.

Audio Recording
- Ensure the device is powered on and in standby mode.
- Press the lower side button once. The screen will display an outline of a red heart icon, indicating that audio recording has started.
- To stop audio recording, press the lower side button again. The red heart outline will disappear, and the device will return to standby mode.

Important Notes for Recording
- For optimal video results, record from a distance of 20 cm (approximately 8 inches) or more.
- For optimal audio results, record from a distance of 5 meters (approximately 16 feet) or less.
- The lens does not automatically adjust focus, which may affect recording quality during rapid movement.
- This device does not support night vision.
Viewing Recorded Files
To access your recorded video and audio files, remove the SD card from the device. Insert the SD card into the provided USB card reader, then connect the card reader to your computer's USB port. Your computer will recognize the SD card as a removable drive. You can then browse and play the files using standard media players.

Battery Life
- The device supports approximately 2 hours of continuous video recording.
- The device supports approximately 2 hours of continuous audio recording.
- Standby time is up to 20 days.
- The device can record while charging, extending operational time.

Loop Recording
The device features loop recording. When the SD card is full, the oldest recordings will be automatically overwritten by new ones. This ensures continuous recording without manual deletion of files.
Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Press and hold the touch pad for 5 seconds.
- Recording not starting: Check if the SD card is properly inserted and has sufficient space. Ensure the correct button is pressed for video or audio recording.
- Poor video/audio quality: Ensure recording distance is within recommended ranges (20cm+ for video, 5m- for audio). Avoid rapid movements during video recording as the focus is fixed.
- Incorrect date/time on recordings: Re-sync the date and time by editing the time synchronization file on the SD card as described in the Setup section.
- SD card full: The device supports loop recording, so older files will be overwritten. If you need to save specific recordings, transfer them to a computer regularly.
