Setup Instructions

1. Prepare the Windshield: Clean the area on your windshield where the dash cam will be mounted. Ensure it is free of dust and grease.
2. Apply Electrostatic Sticker: Place an electrostatic sticker on the cleaned windshield area. This allows for easier removal of the adhesive mount later without leaving residue.
3. Mount the Main Camera: Attach the GPS mount to the electrostatic sticker using one of the adhesive tapes. Ensure the main camera unit is securely attached and positioned to capture the desired front view. The mount allows for vertical swivel to adjust the angle.
4. Connect Power: Connect the 3.5m USB power cable to the USB Type-C port on the GPS mount or directly on the main camera unit. Plug the other end into the dual USB car charger, then insert the charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
5. Install Rear Camera:
   • Determine the optimal placement for the rear camera, typically on the rear windshield.
   • Connect the 0.5m rear camera cable to the rear camera.
   • Route the 5.5m extension cable from the main camera unit (USB Type-C port) to the rear camera's 4-pin connector. Carefully tuck the cable along the headliner and pillar bolsters to conceal it.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation:

• Power On/Off: The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts and power is supplied. It will power off automatically when the vehicle is turned off.
• Recording Modes: The camera records continuously in a loop. When the SD card is full, the oldest unprotected files are overwritten.
• Emergency Recording (G-Sensor): In the event of a sudden impact or collision, the built-in G-sensor will automatically detect the event and lock the current video file to prevent it from being overwritten.
• Manual Emergency Lock: Press the designated shortcut button on the camera to manually lock the current recording segment.
