6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LSL123 controller, follow these general maintenance guidelines:

  • Keep the controller clean and free from dust and debris.
  • Avoid exposing the controller to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • Ensure all wiring connections remain tight and free from corrosion.
  • While the controller is waterproof, avoid submerging it in water.

7. Troubleshooting

The LSL123 controller incorporates several protective features to prevent damage. If you experience issues, consider the following:

  • Motor Stops Operating: If the motor stops due to overload (e.g., carrying excessive weight or encountering significant resistance) for more than two seconds, the controller will cut off power output to protect the motor and battery. Reduce the load and restart the system.
  • System Shuts Down Due to Overheating: If the controller's internal temperature becomes excessively high, it will automatically cut off power. Allow the unit to cool down. Once the temperature returns to normal, the system will automatically restart.
  • Reduced Performance at Low Battery: The controller is designed to reduce current output when the battery voltage is low. This protects the battery and extends its life and operating distance. Charge your battery if you notice reduced performance.

For persistent issues, consult a qualified technician.
