4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. All hardware and tools are included, and each accessory is labeled for easy identification. It is recommended to assemble with two people.

  1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the parts list in your manual to identify each piece.
  2. Assemble the Main Frame: Follow the detailed diagrams in the included instruction manual to connect the headboard, side rails, and footboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are firm.
  3. Install Support Legs: Attach the 9 support legs to the designated points on the bed frame for a stable foundation.
  4. Place Slats: Position the 13 rib slats across the frame. The slats are designed with silicone buckles to prevent noise and shifting. Ensure they are properly seated.
  5. Assemble Storage Drawers: Each of the 4 storage drawers consists of a metal basket and a front panel. Attach the drawer wheels to the bottom of each basket.
  6. Integrate Drawers: Slide the assembled drawers under the bed frame. Each drawer features 2 fixed nuts. When pushing a drawer fully in, slightly lift the drawer so that these nuts align and fit into the corresponding holes on the bed frame. This mechanism prevents the drawers from automatically sliding out.

Note: This bed frame does not require a box spring. Your mattress can be placed directly on the wooden slats.

5. Operating Instructions (Storage Drawers)

The bed frame includes four under-bed storage drawers designed for convenient access and secure storage.

  • Opening Drawers: Gently pull the front panel of the drawer to slide it out from under the bed. The wheels ensure smooth movement.
  • Closing Drawers: Push the drawer back under the bed. As the drawer approaches its fully closed position, slightly lift the front of the drawer to allow the two fixed nuts on the drawer to engage with the corresponding holes in the bed frame. This secures the drawer in place and prevents it from rolling out unintentionally.
  • Storage Capacity: Each drawer provides ample space for items such as bed sheets, accessories, off-season clothing, books, or shoes.

  • Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
  • Drawer Wheels: Keep the drawer wheels free of dust and debris to ensure smooth operation.
