Important Safety Information and Operating Instructions

Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Outvita 3 Burner Propane Gas Stove. Please read all instructions carefully before use to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Safety Information

  • For outdoor use only. Do not operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation during operation.
  • Perform a leak test before each use and after any gas cylinder change. Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections; bubbles indicate a leak.
  • Keep the area around the appliance clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and liquids.
  • Keep children and pets away from the stove during operation.
  • Use only with LP (Liquefied Petroleum) gas.
  • Always connect and disconnect the gas cylinder outdoors, away from ignition sources.
  • Do not leave the operating stove unattended.

Setup and Assembly

  1. Attach Legs: Carefully insert each of the four removable legs into the designated slots on the underside of the stove body. Ensure they are securely locked into place.
  2. Position Stove: Place the assembled stove on a stable, level, non-combustible surface outdoors.
  3. Connect Regulator Hose: Attach the regulator hose to the gas inlet on the side of the stove. Tighten securely by hand.
  4. Connect to Propane Tank: Connect the other end of the regulator hose to your LP gas cylinder. Ensure a tight connection.
  5. Leak Test: Before first use and after every gas cylinder change, perform a leak test. Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, turn off the gas supply immediately and tighten connections. If the leak persists, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.

Operating Instructions

  1. Open Gas Supply: Slowly open the valve on your LP gas cylinder.
  2. Ignite Burner: Turn the desired burner control knob to the "HI" position. Use a long-stem lighter or match to ignite the burner.
  3. Adjust Flame: Once ignited, adjust the flame intensity using the control knob. The flame should be blue with a small yellow tip. If the flame is too yellow or lifts off the burner, adjust the air inlet shutter located beneath the burner for optimal combustion.
  4. Cooking: Place cookware securely on the grate over the lit burner.
  5. Turn Off: To turn off, rotate the control knob to the "OFF" position, then close the valve on the LP gas cylinder.

Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Allow the stove to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Burner Heads: Periodically inspect burner heads for blockages. Clean with a soft brush if necessary.
  • Storage: Disconnect the propane tank and store the stove in a dry, protected area when not in use. The removable legs allow for compact storage.
