Setup
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Wash the cooking basket, cooking tray, and basket divider with warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface away from walls and other appliances, ensuring adequate ventilation.
It is recommended to perform a test run before cooking food. Run the air fryer empty for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Some odor or light smoke may be present during the first use; this is normal.

Operating Instructions
General Controls
The Instant Pot VersaZone Air Fryer features an intuitive touchscreen display and a central control knob for easy operation.

Upon plugging in the appliance, the display will show "Ready". Use the central knob to select desired temperature and time, and press the function buttons (Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat, Broil, Dehydrate) to choose your cooking method.
Dual Zone Cooking with VersaZone Technology
The VersaZone technology allows you to cook two different foods simultaneously at different temperatures and times, or combine the zones for a larger cooking area.

- Insert the basket divider into the main cooking basket.
- Place food items into each 4.5-quart zone.
- Select Zone 1 and set its temperature and time using the control knob and function buttons.
- Select Zone 2 and set its independent temperature and time.
- To ensure both zones finish cooking at the same time, press the SyncFinish button. The air fryer will automatically adjust the start time for the zone requiring less cooking time.
- Press Start to begin cooking.
Single Zone Cooking
For larger meals, remove the basket divider to utilize the full 9-quart capacity.

- Ensure the basket divider is removed from the main cooking basket.
- Place your food item into the single 9-quart zone.
- Select your desired cooking function (e.g., Air Fry, Roast).
- Set the temperature and time using the control knob.
- Press Start to begin cooking.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air fryer.
- Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The non-stick cooking basket, cooking tray, and basket divider are dishwasher-safe for convenient cleaning.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the removable parts in warm, soapy water before washing.
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the appliance.
