Important Safety Instructions

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the egg tray, lid, and measuring cup with warm, soapy water. Wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are dry before assembly.
- Assemble: Place the heating plate into the base unit. Position the egg tray on top of the heating plate.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to cook eggs or steam other foods:
- Add Water: Use the provided measuring cup to add the appropriate amount of water to the heating plate. The amount of water determines the cooking time and the hardness of the eggs. For soft-boiled, medium-boiled, or hard-boiled eggs, refer to the water level markings on your measuring cup (if available) or experiment to find your preferred consistency.
- Place Eggs/Food: Place up to 7 eggs onto the egg tray. For steaming other foods, place them in a heat-safe bowl on the heating plate, ensuring they do not directly touch the heating element.
- Cover: Place the transparent lid securely over the egg tray and base.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. Press the power switch (usually indicated by a red light) to turn on the appliance. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Cooking: The appliance will begin steaming. Once the water has evaporated and the cooking cycle is complete, the appliance will automatically shut off, and the indicator light will turn off.
- Serve: Carefully remove the lid (use caution as steam will be hot) and take out the cooked eggs or food. Allow eggs to cool slightly before peeling or serving.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your egg cooker.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wash Removable Parts: Remove the lid, egg tray, and measuring cup. Wash these parts with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Clean Heating Plate: Wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth. If mineral deposits (scale) accumulate on the heating plate, you can remove them by adding a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1 ratio) to the heating plate and letting it sit for 10-15 minutes, then gently scrubbing with a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry.
- Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the main base unit (which contains electrical components) in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Store the clean and dry egg cooker in a cool, dry place.
