1. Important Safeguards

The MIUI PHB8001-100SSWL is a versatile 4-in-1 hand immersion blender designed for various kitchen tasks. It includes the following components:

3. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly or disassembly.

3.1 Attaching the Immersion Blender Shaft

1. Align the immersion blender shaft with the motor unit.
2. Twist the shaft clockwise until it locks securely into place.

3.2 Attaching the Whisk Attachment

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
2. Align the whisk gear box with the motor unit and twist clockwise until it locks.

3.3 Attaching the Food Processor

1. Place the chopping blade onto the center pin inside the food processor bowl.
2. Add ingredients to the bowl.
3. Place the motor unit onto the food processor bowl lid, aligning the drive shaft with the blade assembly. Twist to secure.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Safety Lock

The blender features a safety lock to prevent accidental operation.

1. To activate, press and hold the unlock button located on the side of the motor unit.
2. While holding the unlock button, press the power (ON) button to start the machine.
3. Once the machine is running, you can release the unlock button.
4. To stop, release the power (ON) button.

4.2 Speed Control

The blender offers infinitely variable speed settings for precise control over your blending tasks.

• Rotate the dial on the top of the motor unit to adjust the speed from low to high.
• Start with a lower speed for delicate ingredients or to prevent splashing, and increase as needed.

4.3 Using the Immersion Blender

1. Attach the immersion blender shaft to the motor unit.
2. Place the blade end into the ingredients in a deep container or the provided mixing beaker.
3. Press the unlock and power buttons to start. Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
4. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to cool down if blending for extended periods.

4.4 Using the Whisk Attachment

1. Attach the whisk to the motor unit.
2. Use in a bowl or the mixing beaker for whipping cream, beating eggs, or mixing batters.
3. Start at a low speed and gradually increase as needed.

4.5 Using the Food Processor (Chopper)

1. Assemble the food processor with the blade and ingredients.
2. Place the motor unit on top and secure it.
3. Press the unlock and power buttons to operate. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or continuous operation for finer results.
4. Do not overfill the bowl.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your appliance. Always unplug the blender before cleaning.

• Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
• Immersion Blender Shaft: Detach the shaft from the motor unit. Rinse the blade end under running water immediately after use. For thorough cleaning, you can blend warm soapy water in the mixing beaker for a few seconds, then rinse.

• Whisk Attachment: Detach the whisk and gear box. The whisk can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in the dishwasher (top rack recommended). The gear box should be wiped clean with a damp cloth; do not immerse.
• Food Processor Bowl and Blade: Disassemble the blade from the bowl. Both the bowl and blade can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in the dishwasher (top rack recommended).
• Mixing Beaker: Wash with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher (top rack recommended).
• Dry all parts thoroughly before storing.
