Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Soothielec W58 Wireless Charging Station:
- Insert Apple Watch Charger: The charging station requires your original Apple MFi certified watch charger (not included). Insert the watch charger through the top of the spherical base.
- Secure Charger: Snap the watch charger into the opening in the spherical base.
- Coil Cable: Carefully coil the Apple Watch charging cable along the inside of the spherical base from the bottom.
- Connect to Base: Insert the USB-A or USB-C plug of the coiled watch charger cable into the designated port on the main charging base. If your watch charger is USB-C, use the included USB C Female to USB Male Adapter if needed.
- Lock Upper Piece: Secure the upper piece of the spherical base to ensure the watch charger is firmly in place.
- Connect Power Adapter: Plug the provided 3.3ft USB-A to USB-C charging cable into the USB-C input port on the back of the W58 charging station.
- Power On: Connect the other end of the USB-A to USB-C cable to the 18W Quick Charge 3.0 Charger, and then plug the charger into a wall outlet. The indicator lights on the base will illuminate, signifying it is ready for use.

The Soothielec W58 allows for convenient wireless charging of multiple devices. Ensure the charging station is properly powered on before use.
Charging Your Smartphone
- Place your Qi-enabled smartphone on the adjustable charging pad. The pad supports both vertical and horizontal orientations.
- The charging indicator light for the phone will illuminate (typically green) when charging is active.
- For optimal charging, ensure your phone case is no thicker than 5mm and does not contain metal, magnets, or credit cards.

Charging Your Apple Watch
- Place your Apple Watch onto the spherical charging stand. The magnetic connection will align the watch for charging.
- The watch display will show a charging icon and battery percentage.
- The spherical watch stand can be detached and used independently by connecting its integrated cable to a powered USB-C port.
Charging Your AirPods
- Place your Qi-enabled AirPods case on the flat charging area next to the watch stand.
- The charging indicator light for the AirPods will illuminate (typically blue) when charging is active.
Charging Your Apple Pencil
- Insert your Apple Pencil (1st Generation) or other stylus pens with a lightning plug into the dedicated port on the charging station.

Troubleshooting
- Device not charging:
- Ensure the charging station is properly connected to the 18W Quick Charge 3.0 adapter and a working power outlet.
- Verify that your device is Qi-enabled and correctly placed on the charging area.
- Remove any thick or metallic phone cases, magnets, or credit cards from your phone.
- Check if the charging indicator lights are on. If not, try a different power outlet or cable.
- Slow charging:
- Ensure you are using the included 18W Quick Charge 3.0 adapter and cable. Lower wattage adapters may result in slower charging.
- Confirm your device is properly aligned with the charging coil.
- Intermittent charging:
- Check for foreign objects between your device and the charging pad.
- Ensure your phone case is compatible with wireless charging (max 5mm thickness, no metal).
- Restart your device and try again.
- Apple Watch not charging:
- Ensure your original Apple MFi certified watch charger is correctly installed and connected within the spherical base.
- Verify the Apple Watch is properly placed on the magnetic charging surface.
