4.1 Remote Transmitter

The remote features a digital display and intuitive buttons for controlling the training collar. It allows for mode selection, intensity adjustment, and channel switching for multiple dogs.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge both the remote transmitter and the receiver collars. The 2-in-1 magnetic charging cable allows simultaneous charging.

  1. Connect the magnetic end of the charging cable to the charging port on the receiver collar.
  2. Connect the Micro USB end to the remote transmitter's charging port.
  3. Plug the USB-A end into a standard USB power adapter (not included).
  4. The battery icons on the remote's display will indicate charging status. The collar's LED indicator will show charging progress.

5.2 Attaching the Collar Strap

Thread the adjustable nylon strap through the receiver unit. Ensure it is securely fastened.

5.3 Fitting the Collar on Your Dog

Proper fit is essential for effective and humane training. The collar should be snug but not too tight, allowing two fingers to fit comfortably between the strap and your dog's neck. The contact points must touch the dog's skin.

5.4 Pairing Remote and Receiver

The devices are typically pre-paired. If re-pairing is needed:

  1. Turn on the remote transmitter.
  2. Turn on the receiver collar by pressing its power button.
  3. On the remote, select the desired dog channel (1 or 2).
  4. Press and hold the power button on the receiver collar until its LED flashes rapidly.
  5. Within 10 seconds, press any mode button (Beep, Vibration, or Static) on the remote. The collar's LED will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.
