Important Safety Instructions

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your Wchiuoe Heated Blanket:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heated blanket and its controller from the packaging.
  2. Inspect: Check the blanket and cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Placement: Lay the blanket flat on your bed or couch. Ensure there are no folds, creases, or bunched areas that could cause overheating.
  4. Connect Controller: Locate the connector on the blanket and firmly plug in the detachable controller. Ensure a secure connection.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord from the controller into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Your Wchiuoe Heated Blanket features 10 heating levels and an adjustable auto-off timer.

Controller Functions:

  • Power Button: Press to turn the blanket ON or OFF.
  • Heat Level Button: Press to cycle through 10 heating levels (90-122°F). The current level will be displayed on the LCD screen.
  • Timer Button: Press to set the auto-off duration from 2 to 10 hours. The default auto-off is 2 hours.

Using the Blanket:

  1. Plug the blanket into a power outlet.
  2. Press the Power button to turn on the blanket. The display will light up.
  3. Press the Heat Level button to select your desired warmth. Start with a lower setting and adjust as needed.
  4. Press the Timer button to set the auto-off duration. If not set, it will default to 2 hours.
  5. To turn off the blanket, press the Power button again.
  6. Always unplug the blanket from the wall outlet when not in use.

Care and Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your heated blanket. Always follow these instructions carefully.

Before Cleaning:

  • Always unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Detach the controller from the blanket. The controller is NOT washable.
  • Ensure the blanket and connector are completely dry before reconnecting the controller or plugging into power.

Washing Instructions:

The blanket is machine washable. Do not dry clean, iron, or tumble dry.

  1. Machine Wash:
    • Set washing machine to "delicate" or "gentle" cycle.
    • Use cold water (below 86°F / 30°C).
    • Add a small amount of mild detergent.
    • Do not use bleach.
    • Rinse on a normal cycle.
    • Spin to remove excess water.
  2. Hand Wash:
    • Soak the blanket in lukewarm water (below 86°F / 30°C) with mild detergent for 20-30 minutes.
    • Gently squeeze the blanket to clean. Do not scrub or twist the heating wires.
    • Rinse thoroughly with clean, cool water.

Drying Instructions:

  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Hang the blanket over a clothesline or shower rod.
  • Ensure the blanket is completely dry before storing or reusing.
  • Avoid direct sunlight or heat.

Troubleshooting Guide

If your Wchiuoe Heated Blanket is not functioning correctly, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:
