Setup

Assembly
- Place the glass pitcher onto the base.
- Insert the brewing basket into the pitcher.

Operating Instructions
Making Cold Brew Coffee
- Fill the glass pitcher with cold water up to the MAX (32oz/950ml) line.
- Add 7 scoops (approx. 36 tsp/67 grams) of medium-ground coffee to the brewing basket. Do not overfill the brewing basket.
- Place the loaded brewing basket into the glass pitcher.
- Secure the lid onto the glass pitcher, turning it to the closed position.
- Place the pitcher onto the powered base.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the touch-screen interface to set the desired brew time. For a 32oz batch, 20 minutes is recommended. For a 16oz batch, 15 minutes is recommended.
- Press the Start (play) button to begin brewing.
- The unit will agitate the coffee grounds periodically.
- Once the timer reaches '00', brewing is complete.
- Remove the lid and the brewing basket.
- Pour the cold brew over ice and add milk or sweeteners to taste.

Customizing Brew Strength
The Instant Cold Brew Coffee Maker allows you to control the strength of your beverage. You can increase the brew time up to a maximum of 30 minutes for a bolder flavor. Alternatively, you can adjust the amount of ground coffee or tea leaves used to achieve your preferred strength.
Making Iced Tea
The Instant Cold Brewer can also be used to make iced tea. Use loose tea leaves (not tea bags) in the brewing basket. The brew basket can hold up to 6 teaspoons of loose tea leaves. Adjust the quantity of tea and brew time (up to 30 minutes) to achieve your desired tea strength.

Cleaning
- The glass pitcher, lid, and brewing basket are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
