  • SV0012 Trouser Accessory: Inflatable form specifically designed for drying and ironing trousers.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the main power unit on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for proper air circulation and to prevent obstruction of vents.
  3. Assembling the Mannequin:
    • For shirts: Attach the shirt mannequin form securely onto the top of the main power unit according to the instructions provided in the assembly diagram (refer to product packaging for diagram).
    • For trousers (with SV0012 accessory): If using the SV0012 accessory, remove the shirt mannequin and attach the trouser form in its place, ensuring a firm connection.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet meets the power requirements of the appliance (1200W).

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Garment Preparation: Ensure the garment is clean and either damp (e.g., freshly washed and spin-dried) or slightly moistened with a spray bottle. The appliance works best on damp fabrics.
  2. Placing the Garment:
    • For Shirts/Blouses: Carefully place the shirt or blouse over the inflatable mannequin. Button up the shirt, ensuring it fits snugly but not overly stretched. Adjust the garment to remove any initial creases.
    • For Trousers (with SV0012): Place the trousers over the SV0012 accessory. Fasten the waist and adjust the legs to hang evenly, removing any initial folds.
  3. Setting the Timer: Use the control dial on the main unit to set the desired operating time. The timer can be set for up to 3 hours. The optimal time will vary depending on the fabric type, garment thickness, and initial dampness. Start with shorter times and adjust as needed.
  4. Starting Operation: Turn the control dial to the desired time. The appliance will begin to inflate the mannequin and circulate hot air.
  5. Drying and Ironing Process: The hot air will dry the garment while the inflated form gently stretches the fabric, effectively removing wrinkles. The process also helps neutralize odors.
  6. Completion: Once the set time has elapsed, the appliance will automatically switch off. Allow the garment to cool slightly before carefully removing it from the mannequin.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Mannequin Care: The inflatable mannequin can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before storage.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the appliance in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. You may disassemble the mannequin for more compact storage.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Appliance does not turn on:
    • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
    • Ensure the timer dial is set to an active time period.
  • Garments are not drying/ironing effectively:
    • Ensure the garment is placed correctly and snugly on the mannequin, without excessive stretching or loose areas.
    • Increase the operating time. Thicker fabrics or very damp garments require longer drying times.
    • Check that the air vents are not blocked, allowing for proper airflow.
  • Excessive noise during operation:
    • Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat surface.
    • Check for any foreign objects obstructing the fan or air intake.

If problems persist, please contact UFESA customer support.
