1. Introduction
Welcome to the Hydro Strike Pulsar Pro Gel Bead Blaster experience! This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your new gel bead blaster. The Pulsar Pro is designed for outdoor recreational play, firing soft, water-filled gel beads at high velocity. It features multiple firing modes, an adjustable stock, and a unique UV light system for glow-in-the-dark play.

2. Safety Information
- Eye Protection is Required: Always wear the provided protective goggles or other suitable eye protection when operating or being near the blaster.
- Recommended Age: This product is recommended for users aged 14 years and older.
- Do Not Aim at Eyes or Face: Never aim the blaster at a person's eyes or face.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup
4.1. Gel Bead Hydration
- Open the package of dehydrated Gel-Tek Beads.
- Pour the beads into the provided Gel-Tek Hydration/Storage Container or a large bucket.
- Add water to fully submerge the beads. Ensure there is enough space for the beads to expand.
- Allow the beads to soak for a minimum of 4 hours. They will expand to their full size (7.5mm).
- Drain any excess water before loading the beads into the blaster.

4.2. Battery Charging & Installation
- Locate the rechargeable battery pack and the USB charging cable.
- Connect the battery pack to the USB charging cable.
- Plug the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- Allow the battery to charge fully. The charging indicator on the cable will change color when charging is complete.
- Once charged, open the battery compartment located behind the adjustable stock of the blaster.
- Carefully connect the charged battery pack to the blaster's internal connector.
- Close the battery compartment securely.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Loading Gel Beads
- Ensure your Gel-Tek Beads are fully hydrated and excess water has been drained.
- Open the top of the 500-round Gel-Tek Cartridge.
- Pour the hydrated gel beads into the cartridge until full.
- Close the cartridge securely.
- Attach the filled cartridge to the blaster's hopper opening on top. Twist to lock it into place.

5.2. Power On/Off & Firing Modes
- Locate the power switch at the bottom of the blaster. Slide it to the 'ON' position.
- Select your desired firing mode using the selector switch: Full-Auto, 3-Round Burst, or Semi-Auto.
- Adjust the velocity wheel (located near the stock) to control the firing power of the gel beads.
- To fire, aim the blaster in a safe direction and pull the trigger.

5.3. UV Light Activation (Day & Night Edition)
The Pulsar Pro features a built-in UV light to charge glow-in-the-dark gel beads (ensure you are using glow-in-the-dark beads for this feature).
- Load glow-in-the-dark gel beads into the cartridge.
- Press the UV light activation button located near the hopper. The UV light will illuminate the gel beads, charging them to glow.
- Fire the blaster in low-light conditions to observe the glowing gel beads.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, ensure all gel beads are removed from the blaster and cartridge. Wipe down the blaster with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the blaster in water.
- Storage: Store the blaster in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Remove the battery if storing for extended periods.
- Battery Care: Fully charge the battery before and after each use. Do not overcharge.
7. Troubleshooting
- Blaster Not Firing:
- Check if the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Ensure the battery is charged and properly installed.
- Verify that the gel beads are fully hydrated and loaded correctly into the cartridge.
- Gel Beads Jamming:
- Gently shake the blaster to dislodge any jammed beads.
- Ensure gel beads are properly hydrated (under-hydrated beads can cause jams).
- UV Light Not Working:
- Check battery charge.
- Ensure the UV light activation button is pressed.
