Setup

Loading the Magazine

To load BBs into the 120-round mid-capacity magazine, first load BBs into the included speed loader. Then, align the speed loader with the magazine's feed port and push the BBs into the magazine.

Inserting the Magazine

Once loaded, firmly insert the magazine into the magazine well of the airsoft rifle until it clicks into place.

Battery Installation

The battery compartment is located at the rear of the rifle. To access it, remove the bottom cap. Connect the included LiPo battery to the rifle's wiring, then carefully insert the battery into the compartment and replace the cap.

Operating Instructions

Selector Switch

The selector switch allows you to choose between firing modes:

• SAFE: Prevents accidental firing.
• SEMI: Fires one shot per trigger pull.
• AUTO: Fires continuously while the trigger is held.

The Zion Arms' electronic trigger unit allows for programmable burst modes. Refer to the separate programming guide for detailed instructions on setting custom burst fire.

Charging Handle and Hop-Up Adjustment

Pulling the charging handle to the rear will open the dust cover, revealing the rotary hop-up unit. Adjust the hop-up to fine-tune the BB's backspin for optimal range and accuracy. Press the bolt release to close the dust cover.

Maintenance

Barrel Cleaning

Regularly clean the inner barrel using the included de-jammer rod and a cleaning cloth. This helps maintain accuracy and prevents jams.

Battery Care

Always use the provided balance charger for the LiPo battery. Do not overcharge or over-discharge the battery. Store the battery in a cool, dry place.

Gearbox Inspection

While the reinforced metal Version 2 gearbox is designed for durability, periodic inspection by a qualified technician is recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshooting

Rifle Not Firing

• Check if the battery is fully charged and properly connected.
• Ensure the selector switch is not on "SAFE".
• Verify the magazine is correctly inserted and loaded with BBs.

BBs Not Feeding

• Ensure the magazine is fully wound (if applicable, though this is a mid-cap).
• Check for any obstructions in the magazine or hop-up unit. Use the de-jammer rod if necessary.

Inconsistent Accuracy

• Adjust the hop-up unit.
• Ensure the barrel is clean.
• Use high-quality 0.20g BBs or heavier for better stability.
