5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Setting Analog Time

1. Pull out the analog crown (on the left side of the watch case) to the first position.
2. Rotate the crown to adjust the hour and minute hands to the desired time.
3. Push the crown back in to its original position to start the analog movement.

5.2 Setting Digital Time, Date, and Day

1. From the normal time display mode, press the Mode Button (B) three times to enter the time setting mode. The seconds digits will start flashing.
2. Press the Reset Button (D) to reset the seconds to 00.
3. Press the Mode Button (B) again to move to the hour setting. The hour digits will flash.
4. Press the Start/Stop Button (C) to adjust the hour.
5. Press the Mode Button (B) to move to the minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
6. Press the Start/Stop Button (C) to adjust the minutes.
7. Continue pressing the Mode Button (B) to cycle through year, month, and date settings, adjusting each with the Start/Stop Button (C).
8. Once all settings are complete, press the Mode Button (B) to return to the normal time display.

5.3 Setting Alarm

1. From the normal time display mode, press the Mode Button (B) twice to enter the alarm setting mode. The alarm hour digits will flash.
2. Press the Start/Stop Button (C) to adjust the alarm hour.
3. Press the Mode Button (B) to move to the alarm minute setting. The alarm minute digits will flash.
4. Press the Start/Stop Button (C) to adjust the alarm minutes.
5. Press the Mode Button (B) to exit alarm setting mode.
6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in alarm mode, press the Start/Stop Button (C). An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the digital display.

5.4 12/24 Hour Format

In normal time display mode, press the Start/Stop Button (C) to toggle between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Using the Stopwatch

1. From the normal time display mode, press the Mode Button (B) once to enter stopwatch mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
2. Press the Start/Stop Button (C) to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the Start/Stop Button (C) again to pause the stopwatch.
4. Press the Reset Button (D) to reset the stopwatch to "00:00:00".
5. Press the Mode Button (B) to return to normal time display.

6.2 Using the EL Backlight

Press the EL Light Button (A) at any time to illuminate the digital display for a few seconds, making it readable in the dark.

6.3 Reading the Third Time Zone

The small circular sub-dial on the lower right of the main analog display shows a third time zone.
