4. Setup Guide
4.1 Connecting Peripherals
- Connect Display: Connect your monitor or TV to the Mini PC using an HDMI or VGA cable. The device supports up to three displays simultaneously.
- Connect Keyboard and Mouse: Plug your USB keyboard and mouse into the available USB ports. For Bluetooth devices, refer to the 'Operating Instructions' section for pairing.
- Connect Network (Optional): For a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the LAN port on the Mini PC. For Wi-Fi, refer to the 'Operating Instructions' section.
4.2 Powering On
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC port on the Mini PC, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows 10 Pro initial setup, including language, region, and user account creation.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Network Connectivity
- Wi-Fi: After booting, click the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray, select your network, enter the password, and connect. The Mini PC supports 2.4G and 5G dual-band Wi-Fi for fast and stable connections.
- Ethernet: If an Ethernet cable is connected, the system will automatically detect and use the wired network connection.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing
To pair Bluetooth devices (e.g., headphones, speakers, keyboard, mouse):
- Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned On.
- Put your Bluetooth device into pairing mode.
- Click Add Bluetooth or other device and select Bluetooth.
- Select your device from the list and follow any on-screen prompts to complete pairing.
5.3 4K HD Output
The NiPoGi Mini PC supports 4K HD resolution output via its HDMI ports, providing a high-quality visual experience for media consumption and professional tasks.

6. Storage Expansion
The Mini PC offers flexible storage expansion options:
- 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD: You can install a 2.5-inch SATA hard disk drive or solid-state drive (up to 2TB) internally. This requires opening the device.
- M.2 2242 SSD: The device also supports an M.2 2242 SSD for additional high-speed storage.
- External USB Storage: Connect external hard drives or USB flash drives via the USB 3.0 ports for additional storage.

7. Multi-Display Setup
The NiPoGi Mini PC supports connecting up to three displays simultaneously, enhancing productivity for various tasks.
- Connect your primary monitor to one of the HDMI ports.
- Connect a second monitor to the other HDMI port.
- Connect a third monitor to the VGA port.
- Once connected, right-click on the desktop, select Display settings, and configure your displays (e.g., extend, duplicate) as needed.

9. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the Mini PC. Avoid liquid cleaners. Ensure ventilation holes are free from dust.
- Software Updates: Regularly check for and install Windows updates to ensure system stability and security.
- Data Backup: Periodically back up important data to an external drive or cloud storage to prevent data loss.
- Ventilation: Ensure the Mini PC is placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Do not block the ventilation openings.
10. Troubleshooting

- Slow Performance: Close unnecessary applications. Check for background processes. Ensure sufficient free storage space. Consider running a disk cleanup or defragmentation (for HDD).
- Bluetooth Device Not Pairing: Ensure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode and within range. Restart the Mini PC and the Bluetooth device.
