4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment at the base of the handle.
  2. Use a coin or similar flat tool to open the battery cover by rotating it counter-clockwise.
  3. Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Replace the battery cover and rotate it clockwise to secure.

4.2 Initial Calibration

After battery installation, place the wrench on a flat, stable surface. Press the power button (usually 'C' or 'M') to turn it on. The wrench will perform an automatic calibration. Wait for the display to stabilize before use.

5.1 Power On/Off

5.2 Selecting Measurement Units

Press the 'U' button to cycle through the available measurement units: kg-cm, Nm, in-lb, and ft-lb. Select the unit appropriate for your task.

5.3 Setting Torque Values (Preset Mode)

  1. Press the 'M' button to enter preset mode.
  2. Use the '⌃' (up) and '⌄' (down) buttons to adjust the desired torque value.
  3. Press 'M' again to save the preset value. The wrench can store up to 6 preset values (M1-M6).
  4. To lock the key buttons, press and hold the 'M' button for 3 seconds. An unlock icon will appear on the screen. To unlock, press and hold 'M' again for 3 seconds.

  1. Attach the appropriate socket or accessory to the 1/2-inch drive head.
  2. Set your desired torque value using the preset or manual adjustment functions.
  3. Apply force to the wrench. As you approach the target torque, the wrench will emit a rapid buzzer sound and the LED indicator will change from flashing green to solid red, signaling that the target torque has been reached.
  4. The dual-direction ratchet head allows for both clockwise and counter-clockwise torque application.
