3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Helmet Compatibility
The G G-WEI E1 headset is designed for easy installation on various helmet types, including full-face, cross-country, half-face, uncovered, and retro helmets.

3.2 Mounting the Headset Unit
- Choose a suitable location on the left side of your helmet for the fixed base. Ensure it does not obstruct your vision or helmet functionality.
- Clean the helmet surface thoroughly where the fixed base will be attached.
- Peel off the protective film from the adhesive on the fixed base and firmly press it onto the helmet for at least 30 seconds. Allow the adhesive to cure for several hours before use.
- Slide the E1 headset unit onto the fixed base until it clicks securely into place.
3.3 Installing Speakers and Microphone
- Open the helmet's interior padding to access the ear pockets.
- Attach the speakers to the inside of the helmet's ear pockets using the provided adhesive pads. Ensure they are positioned directly over your ears for optimal sound.
- Route the microphone cable along the helmet's interior, positioning the microphone in front of your mouth, ensuring it is close but not touching.
- Connect the speaker and microphone assembly to the headset unit's dedicated jack.
- Carefully tuck away any excess cables behind the helmet padding.
4. Basic Operation
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing (Phone)
- Ensure the headset is powered off.
- Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "E1" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light will flash blue slowly.
4.3 Volume Control
- Increase Volume: Press the Volume + button.
