Troubleshooting
No Power / Cannot Turn On
Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source using a USB Type-C cable and allow them to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn them on.
Cannot Pair / Connect to Bluetooth Device
- Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode (indicator flashing blue and red alternately).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within 10 meters (33 feet) of the headphones.
- If previously paired, try deleting "WI-C100" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.
- Restart both the headphones and your Bluetooth device.
Poor Sound Quality / No Bass
Check the fit of the earbud tips. If they are not creating a proper seal in your ear canal, sound quality will be compromised. Try different sizes of the included earbud tips to find the best fit.
Cannot Hear Voice During Calls
Ensure the headphones are connected and selected as the audio output device for calls on your smartphone. Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device.
