The LUXSURE Key Finder is a wireless item locator system designed to help you quickly find misplaced items such as keys, remote controls, wallets, and more. Setup

1. Transmitter Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the transmitter.
  2. Open the battery cover.
  3. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery cover securely.

2. Receiver Battery Installation/Replacement

  1. Use the provided pry opener to gently open the receiver casing.
  2. Insert the button cell battery (CR1616) with the positive side facing outwards.
  3. Carefully close the back cover until it clicks securely into place.

3. Attaching Receivers to Items

  • For keys or items with loops: Attach a keyring through the hole on the receiver, then attach the keyring to your item.
  • For flat surfaces (e.g., remote controls, phones): Use the provided double-sided stickers to adhere the receiver to the item. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying.
  • For wallets or bags: The thin design of the receiver allows it to be placed inside a wallet or a pocket in a bag.

Operating Instructions

Locating a Lost Item

  1. Identify the color-coded button on the transmitter that corresponds to the receiver attached to your lost item.
  2. Press the corresponding button on the transmitter.
  3. The receiver will emit a loud 90dB beeping sound and flash a red LED light, guiding you to its location.
  4. The RF signal can penetrate through various obstacles, allowing you to locate items up to 131 feet away in open air.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement

Refer to the "Receiver Battery Installation/Replacement" section under Setup for detailed instructions on replacing the button cell batteries in the receivers. Replace batteries when the beeping sound becomes faint or the LED light dims.

Cleaning

Wipe the transmitter and receivers with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the devices in water.

Troubleshooting
