Electrical Connections:
- Familiarize yourself with the 120V and 240V outlets on the control panel.
- Ensure any connected electrical loads do not exceed the generator's rated capacity (5000W).
Welder Connections:
- Connect welding cables (electrode holder and ground clamp) to the appropriate terminals on the control panel. Ensure connections are tight.
Operating Instructions
Starting the Engine
- Ensure the unit is on a level surface.
- Open the fuel valve.
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (if engine is cold).
- Move the throttle lever to the "FAST" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
- Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before applying load.
Compressor Operation
- Ensure the engine is running.
- Connect your air tool or hose to the quick-connect coupler.
- Adjust the air pressure regulator to the desired PSI for your application.
- The compressor will automatically cycle on and off to maintain tank pressure.
- After use, turn off the engine, disconnect air tools, and drain the air tank.
Generator Operation
- Ensure the engine is running and stable.
- Plug in your electrical devices to the appropriate 120V or 240V outlets.
