4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Portable Charger
To charge your imuto 30W Slim Portable Charger, connect the included USB-C to USB-A cable (or a compatible USB-C to USB-C cable) to the USB-C input/output port on the power bank and plug the other end into a compatible wall adapter (not included). The LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging progress. A full recharge takes approximately 2 hours with a 30W power adapter.

4.2 Charging Your Devices
Connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate output port on the power bank (USB-C or USB-A). The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. For optimal fast charging, ensure your device and cable support the respective power delivery standards (PD 30W or QC 22.5W).

5. Operating Instructions
The imuto 30W Slim Portable Charger is designed for simple operation. Once a device is connected, it typically begins charging automatically. Press the power button to check the remaining battery level via the LED indicators.
5.1 Charging Multiple Devices
You can charge up to two devices simultaneously using the USB-C and USB-A ports. The power output will be distributed between the connected devices.
5.2 Charging Low-Power Devices
For very low-power devices like Bluetooth earbuds or smartwatches, the power bank may automatically enter a low-current charging mode to prevent overcharging or damage.
6. Maintenance and Care
- Keep the power bank dry and away from moisture.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Do not drop, disassemble, or attempt to repair the power bank yourself.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Power Bank Not Charging
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's USB-C input/output port and the wall adapter.
- Verify that the wall adapter is functioning correctly and plugged into a live power outlet.
- Try using a different charging cable or wall adapter.
7.2 Device Not Charging from Power Bank
- Check if the power bank has sufficient charge. Press the power button to view the LED indicators.
- Ensure your device's charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
- Try using a different port on the power bank (USB-C or USB-A).
- Verify that your device's charging cable is not damaged.
- For Samsung devices, ensure you are using the USB-C port for optimal PPS fast charging.
