Setup and Installation

Wiring the Receiver

The receiver unit has four screw terminals for electrical connections: 'L Input', 'N Input', 'L Output', and 'N Output'.

1. Disconnect Power: Before starting, ensure the main power supply to the circuit is turned off at the breaker.
2. Connect Input Power: Connect the live wire (L) from your power source to the 'L Input' terminal and the neutral wire (N) to the 'N Input' terminal.

Pairing the Remote Control

2. Select Programming Mode: Press the 'Learn' button on the receiver a specific number of times to select the desired mode:
   • Momentary Mode (1 Press): Press the 'Learn' button once. The LED will flash once and then remain steady.
   • Toggle Mode (2 Presses): Press the 'Learn' button twice. The LED will flash twice and then remain steady.
   • Latched Mode (3 Presses): Press the 'Learn' button three times. The LED will flash three times and then remain steady.
3. Pair Remote Button: While the LED is steady (after selecting the mode), press the desired button on your remote control. The receiver's LED will flash three times and turn off, indicating successful pairing.
4. Test Functionality: After pairing, test the remote control's functionality according to the selected mode.

Understanding Programming Modes:

• Momentary Mode: The output is active only while the remote button is pressed and held. Releasing the button turns the output off.
• Toggle Mode: Each press of the remote button reverses the output state. If the output is ON, pressing the button turns it OFF. If it's OFF, pressing the button turns it ON. For a single switch, programming both ON and OFF buttons to Toggle mode allows either button to control the state.
• Latched Mode: This mode typically uses two separate buttons for ON and OFF. After pressing the 'Learn' button three times, first press the desired ON button on the remote, then press the desired OFF button. The ON button will turn the output on, and it will remain on until the OFF button is pressed. This mode is useful for maintaining synchronization when controlling multiple switches.

Operating Instructions

Once the receiver is wired and the remote controls are paired, operating the switch is straightforward:

• Press the 'ON' button on the remote control to activate the connected appliance.
• Press the 'OFF' button on the remote control to deactivate the connected appliance.
• The behavior of the ON/OFF buttons will depend on the programming mode (Momentary, Toggle, or Latched) selected during the pairing process.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
