Before first use, fully charge your Amazfit T-Rex 2 smartwatch using the provided charging base. Connect the charging base to a USB power source. The watch will display charging progress on its screen.

The Amazfit T-Rex 2 features a responsive touchscreen and four physical buttons (UP, DOWN, SEL, BACK) for navigation. Swipe on the touchscreen to access different functions and notifications. The watch is equipped with a 6PD BioTracker™ 3.0 PPG optical sensor for comprehensive health monitoring. You can monitor your heart rate, blood-oxygen saturation (SpO2), stress levels, and breathing rate directly from your wrist. Access these metrics via the watch's health monitoring menu or through the Zepp App for detailed insights.
