3. Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, please observe the following safety precautions:

• Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, waterproof surface at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls and appliances.
• Do not place the humidifier directly on carpet, towels, or other absorbent surfaces.
• Keep the humidifier out of reach of children and pets.
• Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is plugged into a suitable electrical outlet.
• Do not immerse the base unit in water or other liquids.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging.
2. Remove all packing materials and ensure all components are present.

4.2 Placement

• Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and waterproof surface.
• Ensure it is at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls, furniture, and electronics to prevent moisture damage.
• Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

4.3 Filling the Water Tank

The TADLIATIV humidifier features a convenient top-fill design:

1. Ensure the humidifier is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Remove the top cover of the humidifier.
3. Pour clean, cool water directly into the water tank opening. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated on the tank.
4. Replace the top cover securely.

5. Operation

After setup, plug the humidifier into a standard electrical outlet. The LED display will illuminate.

5.1 Power On/Off

• Press the Power button () once to turn the humidifier on.
• Long press the Power button to turn the humidifier off.

5.2 Adjusting Mist Level

• Press the Mist Level button () to cycle through 3 mist output levels (Low, Medium, High).

5.3 Automatic Constant Humidity Mode

This mode allows the humidifier to automatically maintain a desired humidity level.

1. Press the Humidity Setting button () to set your desired humidity level (e.g., 40%RH - 90%RH).
2. The humidifier will automatically adjust its mist output to reach and maintain this level.
3. Note: If the target humidity is lower than the current room humidity, the humidification will stop until the room humidity drops below the target.

5.4 Timer Function and Sleep Mode

• Press the Timer button () to set an operating time (e.g., 1-12 hours). The humidifier will automatically turn off after the set time.
• Long press the Timer button to enter Sleep Mode, which turns off the LED display for undisturbed rest.

5.5 Essential Oil Diffuser

• Locate the aroma box on the back or side of the humidifier.
• Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad inside the box.
• Close the aroma box. The humidifier will diffuse the scent along with the mist.
• Important: Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank, as this can damage the unit.

2. Separate the water tank from the base. The tank and base are detachable for thorough cleaning.
3. Pour 1 cup (240ml) of undiluted white vinegar into the water tank and base.
4. Let it soak for 20-30 minutes to loosen mineral buildup.
5. Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the inside of the tank and the atomizer/transducer in the base.
6. Rinse both the tank and base thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
7. Wipe all surfaces dry before reassembling.

Using distilled or demineralized water can significantly reduce mineral buildup and the frequency of descaling.

6.3 Aroma Box Cleaning

• Remove the aroma pad from the aroma box.
• Clean the aroma pad with mild soap and water, or replace it if heavily soiled.
• Wipe the aroma box clean.
