Safety Information

  • Do not immerse the dispenser in water. The device is IPX4 waterproof, meaning it is resistant to splashing water, but not submersion.
  • Keep out of reach of children unless supervised.
  • Use only the provided USB-C cable for charging.
  • Do not use corrosive chemicals to clean the dispenser.
  • Avoid direct sunlight exposure for prolonged periods.
  • Ensure the liquid used is compatible with automatic dispensers. Thick liquids may require dilution.

Product Components

The YIKHOM Automatic Liquid Soap Dispenser consists of the following main parts:

Setup

1. Charging the Dispenser

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the dispenser head.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port and the other end to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours and can last up to 60 days.

2. Filling the Liquid Reservoir

  1. Gently twist the dispenser head counter-clockwise to detach it from the liquid reservoir.

  2. Pour your desired liquid soap, hand sanitizer, facial cleanser, or shampoo into the reservoir. Do not overfill; the maximum capacity is 450mL (15.37 oz).

  3. Align the dispenser head with the reservoir and twist clockwise to secure it.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

  • To turn on: Press and hold the power button (located on the top panel) for a few seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
  • To turn off: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off.

2. Dispensing Liquid

  • Once powered on, place your hand approximately 1-2 inches below the nozzle.
  • The infrared motion sensor will detect your hand and dispense liquid automatically within 0.25 seconds.

3. Adjusting Dispensing Volume

The dispenser offers 5 adjustable volume settings to suit your needs.

  • Use the small or large water drop buttons on the top panel to cycle through the 5 volume settings.
  • The indicator lights will show the current volume level.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
  • Refilling: Refer to the "Filling the Liquid Reservoir" section under Setup. Refill when the liquid level is low, visible through the transparent window.
  • Long-term Storage: If not using for an extended period, empty the reservoir, clean the dispenser, and ensure it is fully charged before storing in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting
