Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Jabra Talk 65 headset, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Water and Dust Protection: The headset has an IP54 rating, providing protection against dust and splashing water. Avoid submerging the headset in water or exposing it to heavy rain.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Jabra Talk 65 headset, try the following solutions:

  • No Power: Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.
  • Cannot Pair: Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing blue LED). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. Ensure the headset is not already connected to two other devices.
  • Poor Audio Quality/Voice Pickup: Check the headset's position on your ear and ensure the microphone boom is angled towards your mouth. Verify that there are no obstructions between the headset and your device. Reduce background noise if possible.
