1. Power On: Turn on the TENS unit by pressing the On/Off/Lock button located on the right side of the unit.
2. Select Channel: Press the 'CH' button to cycle through and select the desired channel(s) (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4). You can use one channel or up to four outputs simultaneously.
3. Choose Mode: Use the 'M+' or 'M-' buttons to select from the 24 available massage modes. The selected mode will be displayed on the LCD screen.
