This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the NVK Dog Training Remote, a single multifunction remote designed for training small, medium, and large dogs. It offers various training modes to effectively communicate with your pet.

Setup Guide
1. Charging the Remote
Before first use, fully charge the NVK Dog Training Remote. Connect the appropriate NVK charging cable (not included) to the Micro USB Charging Port located at the bottom of the remote and plug it into a power source. The battery status will be displayed on the screen.

2. Pairing with a Collar Receiver (Collar not included)
To pair the remote with a collar receiver (sold separately), ensure both devices are powered on. Select the desired dog channel (1-4) on the remote. The selected dog head icon on the remote's display should be blinking, indicating it's ready for pairing. Follow the specific pairing instructions provided with your NVK collar receiver to complete the connection. If the dog head icon is not blinking, try selecting a different channel.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off and Channel Selection
- To power on the remote, slide the ON & OFF switch (Level Regulator) located on the side.
- Use the "ch" button to cycle through the four available dog channels (1-4). The active channel is indicated on the digital display.
2. Training Modes
The NVK remote offers three distinct training modes:
- Beep Mode: Press the speaker icon button to emit an audible beep from the collar receiver.
- Vibration Mode: Press the vibration icon button. Use the up/down buttons on the side to adjust the vibration level from 1 to 9.
- Static Mode (Shock): Press the orange lightning bolt button. Use the up/down buttons on the side to adjust the static level from 1 to 100. There is also a Static +10% Boost button for increased intensity.

3. Security Lock
To prevent accidental activation, especially of the static mode, utilize the Keypad Lock feature. Slide the lock switch (often located near the top of the remote) to engage or disengage the keypad lock. When locked, the screen will display a lock icon.
4. Remote Range
The NVK Dog Training Remote operates effectively up to a range of 1600 feet in open areas. Environmental factors such as dense foliage, buildings, or terrain may reduce the effective range.

Maintenance
- Clean the remote with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the Micro USB Charging Port is free of debris before charging.
- Store the remote in a dry place at room temperature when not in use.
- Avoid exposing the remote to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Troubleshooting
Remote Not Turning On or Charging
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the remote and the power adapter/outlet.
- Verify that the power outlet is functional.
- Check if the ON & OFF switch (Level Regulator) is in the 'ON' position.
- If the remote has been stored for a long time, it may require a longer initial charge to reactivate the battery.
Difficulty Pairing with Collar
- Ensure both the remote and the collar receiver are fully charged and powered on.
- Confirm that the selected dog channel on the remote is blinking, indicating it's in pairing mode. If not, try switching to a different channel.
- Refer to the specific pairing instructions for your NVK collar receiver, as steps may vary.
- Perform a factory reset on the remote if issues persist (refer to collar manual for specific steps, as this remote is sold separately).
Reduced Range
- Ensure there are no large obstacles (buildings, dense trees) between the remote and the collar receiver.
- Check battery levels on both devices; low battery can affect range.
- Avoid using the remote near strong electromagnetic interference.
