Operating Instructions

- Prepare Tobacco: Ensure your tobacco is of suitable moisture and consistency. It should be finely shredded but not overly dry or damp.
- Fill Hopper: Place a moderate amount of prepared tobacco into the large expansion tray (hopper).
- Load Tobacco: Use your fingers or a small tool to evenly distribute the tobacco into the injection chamber, ensuring it is not overpacked or too loose.
- Insert Cigarette Tube: Slide an empty King or 100mm size cigarette tube onto the nozzle located on the side of the machine. Ensure the tube is fully seated.
- Operate Handle: Firmly pull the operating handle downwards in a smooth, continuous motion. The hydraulic mechanism will inject the tobacco into the tube.
