Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Attach Handle: Insert the operating handle into the designated slot on the side of the machine and secure it firmly.
3. Attach Hopper: Place the tobacco hopper onto the top of the machine, ensuring it sits securely over the tobacco chamber.
4. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, use the provided cleaning brush and rod to clear any potential manufacturing debris from the tobacco chamber and injection nozzle.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal performance:

2. Fill Hopper: Place a moderate amount of prepared tobacco into the large expansion tray (hopper).

4. Insert Cigarette Tube: Slide an empty King or 100mm size cigarette tube onto the nozzle located on the side of the machine. Ensure the tube is fully seated.
5. Operate Handle: Firmly pull the operating handle downwards in a smooth, continuous motion. The hydraulic mechanism will inject the tobacco into the tube.
6. Remove Cigarette: Once the handle completes its stroke, release it. Carefully remove the filled cigarette tube from the nozzle.
