Setup
Initial Charging of the Power Bank
Before first use, fully charge your SAFUEL Magnetic Portable Charger. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB-C wall adapter (not included). The paw print LED indicator will light up and blink, showing the charging progress. Once all segments of the paw print are solid blue, the power bank is fully charged.
Each segment of the paw print represents approximately 20% of the battery capacity. For example, if three segments are lit, the power bank has about 60% charge remaining.

Operating Instructions
Wireless Magnetic Charging (for iPhone 12/13/14/15 Series)
1. Ensure your power bank is sufficiently charged. Press the power button on the side to activate the paw print LED indicator.
2. Align the magnetic charging area on the back of the power bank with the MagSafe area on your compatible iPhone. The strong magnets will snap the power bank securely into place.
3. Your iPhone will display a charging animation, indicating that wireless charging has begun. The paw print LED indicator on the power bank will remain lit during charging.
Note: For optimal magnetic attachment and charging efficiency, use an iPhone 12/13/14/15 series phone directly or with a MagSafe compatible case. Non-MagSafe cases may hinder magnetic connection and wireless charging performance.

Wired Charging (USB-C & USB-A)
1. Connect your device's charging cable to either the USB-C port (for PD 20W fast charging) or the USB-A port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device.
3. The paw print LED indicator will light up to show that the power bank is actively charging a device. To stop charging, simply disconnect the cable from your device or the power bank.

Maintenance
- Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
- Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the power bank yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.
Troubleshooting
- Power bank not charging: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall adapter. Try a different cable or adapter.
- Device not charging wirelessly: Ensure your iPhone is compatible with MagSafe. Check that the power bank is turned on and properly aligned with your iPhone's MagSafe area. Remove any non-MagSafe cases that might interfere with the magnetic connection.
- Slow charging: For wired charging, ensure you are using a PD 20W compatible wall adapter and cable for fast charging. For wireless charging, ensure proper alignment and that no foreign objects are between the power bank and your phone.
- Overheating: It is normal for the power bank to become slightly warm during charging. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact customer support.
