Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly and installation of your Arrow Floor Frame Kit. This kit is designed to create a raised floor base within your Arrow Elite storage shed, helping to keep stored items off the ground, clean, and dry. The heavy-duty, hot-dipped galvanized steel construction offers superior corrosion resistance and durability. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly.
Important Safety Information
- Always wear appropriate safety gear, including work gloves, during assembly to protect against sharp edges.
- Ensure the shed structure is fully erected and stable before installing the floor frame kit.
- WARNING: Do not use pressure-treated plywood or lumber in direct contact with your Arrow product. Pressure-treated lumber can cause accelerated corrosion and will void your warranty. Use 5/8" minimum thickness, exterior-grade plywood with a waterproof adhesive for flooring.
- Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.

Your Arrow Floor Frame Kit includes all necessary galvanized steel frame components and hardware for assembly. Flooring material (e.g., plywood) is sold separately.

Assembly and Installation
The floor frame kit is designed for easy assembly after your Arrow Elite shed has been fully erected.
- Prepare the Shed Interior: Ensure the interior of your erected shed is clear and level.
- Assemble the Frame: Begin by connecting the galvanized steel frame components according to the detailed diagrams in the official owner's manual. Use the provided hardware to secure all connections. The frame is designed to fit precisely within your 8' or 10' deep Arrow Elite shed.

- Position the Frame: Once assembled, carefully position the floor frame inside the shed. Ensure it is centered and sits flush against the shed's base rails. The frame will raise the floor above ground level, aiding in drainage and protecting stored items.

- Install Flooring Material: After the frame is securely in place, attach your chosen flooring material. It is recommended to use 5/8" minimum thickness, exterior-grade plywood with a waterproof adhesive. Cut the plywood to fit the dimensions of the frame and secure it to the steel beams using appropriate fasteners (not included).

Maintenance
The hot-dipped galvanized steel construction of your floor frame kit provides excellent corrosion resistance. To ensure longevity:
- Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of damage or loose connections. Tighten hardware as needed.
- Keep the area around and under the shed clear of debris to prevent moisture buildup.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the galvanized steel, as this can damage the protective coating. A mild soap and water solution is sufficient for cleaning.
