1. Setup and Assembly

2. Operating Instructions

The JWX Standing Desk features an electric height adjustable lift system with intelligent controls for ease of use.

Height Adjustment

The desk allows for height customization from 28.75" to 46.43". Use the up and down arrows on the control panel to adjust the desk to your desired height.

Memory Settings

The desk includes two memory buttons to save your preferred sitting and standing heights. To set a memory position:

1. Adjust the desk to the desired height.
2. Press and hold the "M" button until the display flashes, then release.
3. Press the desired memory button (e.g., 1 or 2) to save the height.

To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding memory button. The desk will automatically move to the saved position.

Sedentary Reminders

The control panel features sedentary reminders. Short press the timer button (T) to cycle through 30, 40, and 60-minute intervals to remind you to change positions.

One-Touch Reset

To reset the desk's height settings, press and hold the "Rst" button for 3 seconds. The desk will automatically lower to its lowest level and reset.

Cleaning

• Wipe the carbon fiber textured desktop with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
• Clean the metal frame with a mild detergent solution and a soft cloth.

Motor and Cable Care

• Ensure all cables are properly managed and not pinched or tangled. Use the provided cable management kit to keep wires organized.
• Periodically check the motor and moving parts for any obstructions or unusual noises.

Desk Wobbles at Max Height

If the desk feels wobbly at its maximum height, especially when leaning on it or with heavy loads, ensure it is placed on a stable, level surface. For increased stability, consider using the flat feet instead of the casters if mobility is not frequently required. The desk is designed to hold up to 600 lbs, but stability can be affected by uneven weight distribution or floor surfaces.

Desk Not Adjusting Height Properly

• Perform a one-touch reset by pressing and holding the "Rst" button for 3 seconds. This clears any memory errors and allows the desk to recalibrate.
• Check all cable connections to the control box and motor to ensure they are secure.
• Ensure no obstructions are preventing the desk from moving freely up or down.

Accessories Not Sticking/Falling Off

Some adhesive-backed accessories like cable clips may lose their stickiness over time or on certain surfaces. For better adhesion, clean the surface thoroughly before applying. If issues persist, consider using alternative mounting methods such as screws or stronger adhesive strips.
