Setup
- Air Compressor Connection: Ensure you have an air compressor capable of providing a stable 90 PSI working pressure. The air compressor is not included with this unit.
- Attach Air Connector: Connect the supplied 1/4" Male NPT air connector to the air inlet of the impact wrench.
- Lubrication: Before first use and periodically thereafter, apply a few drops of pneumatic tool oil (included oil pot) into the air inlet to lubricate the internal components.
- Hose Connection: Connect your air hose from the compressor to the air connector on the tool.

Operating Instructions
- Selecting Direction: Use the forward/reverse switch located at the rear of the tool to select the desired rotation direction (tightening or loosening).
- Adjusting Torque/Speed: The impact wrench features a knob adjustment to control different torque output requirements. There are 3 speed adjustments available. For preloading bolts, use the first lower setting on forward rotation.
- Attaching Sockets: Securely attach the appropriate 1/2" drive socket to the square drive of the tool.
- Operation: Press the orbital trigger to activate the tool. Apply steady pressure to the fastener.

Maintenance
- Daily Lubrication: Add a few drops of pneumatic tool oil to the air inlet before each use to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the internal mechanisms.
