Operating Instructions

Stovetop Cooking:

• The Ingenio pans are suitable for gas, electric, and glass-ceramic hobs. They are not compatible with induction hobs.
• Place the pan on a burner that matches its base size to ensure efficient heating.
• Use the removable handle to place the pan on the stovetop. Once cooking begins, you can detach the handle to prevent it from overheating and to free it for other Ingenio pans.

Cleaning the Pans:

• The Ingenio pans are dishwasher safe. For optimal longevity of the non-stick coating, hand washing is recommended.
• If hand washing, use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid harsh scourers or metallic pads that can damage the non-stick surface.
• For dishwasher use, Tefal recommends SUN All in 1 products for their formula that ensures optimal longevity.
