Setup

1. Unpacking and Component Identification

2. Initial Assembly

  1. Place the main deep fryer unit on a stable, level, and heat-resistant countertop.
  2. Insert the removable stainless steel oil tank into the main unit. Ensure it is seated correctly.
  3. Assemble the frying basket handle by attaching it securely to the basket. Refer to the diagram above for proper assembly.
  4. Place the frying basket into the oil tank.

3. Electrical Connection

Ensure the deep fryer is unplugged before adding oil. Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance requires a 1700W power supply.

Operating Instructions

1. Adding Frying Oil

Pour cooking oil into the removable oil tank. Ensure the oil level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' indicators marked inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill.

2. Temperature Control and Preheating

  1. Plug in the deep fryer. The 'Power' indicator light (green) will illuminate.
  2. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired frying temperature. Refer to the recommended temperatures below.
  3. The 'Heat' indicator light (red) will illuminate, indicating that the heating element is active.

3. Frying Procedures

  1. Carefully place food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower oil temperature and result in uneven cooking.
  2. Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil.
  3. Fry for the recommended time or until food is golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, lift the basket and hook it onto the side of the oil tank to allow excess oil to drain.
  5. Carefully remove the fried food from the basket.

1. Cleaning Instructions
