1. Product Overview
The Hollyland Solidcom C1 is a full-duplex wireless headset intercom system designed for seamless team communication. This 6-person system operates in the 1.9GHz frequency band, providing a reliable transmission range of up to 1100ft (350m). It features advanced dual-mic Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for clear audio in noisy environments and supports automatic frequency hopping for stable connections. 2. What's in the Box

3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
Each headset is powered by a detachable lithium-ion battery. To install, open the battery compartment, insert the battery, and close the compartment securely. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

3.2 Initial Power On & Pairing
The headsets are pre-paired at the factory for immediate use. Simply power on each headset. The master headset has a brown leather headband, while remote headsets have black headbands. Ensure all headsets are powered on and connected.

3.3 Adding New Headsets
To add a new headset to an existing system:
- Ensure all existing headsets (master and remotes) are powered on and connected.
- On both the master headset and the new remote headset, press and hold the [Volume +] button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- The status indicator light on both headsets will flash quickly.
- Wait for the automatic pairing process to complete. Once successful, the indicator light on the mic boom will remain on.

4. Operating the Headset
4.1 Mute/Unmute Functions
There are two primary ways to control your microphone's mute status:
- Mute Button: Press the dedicated mute button on the headset to toggle between mute and unmute.
- Microphone Boom Arm: Rotate the microphone boom arm upwards to mute and downwards to unmute. The indicator light on the mic boom will show a solid green for talking and a solid red for mute.

4.2 Push-to-Talk (PTT) Function
The system features a Push-to-Talk function. When the system is muted, long-press the mute button to talk. Releasing the button will return the system to mute.
4.3 Volume Control
Use the [Volume +] and [Volume -] buttons on the headset to adjust the listening volume.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Charging
Use the provided charging station to charge the lithium-ion batteries. The charging time is approximately 2.5 hours for a full charge. The microphone also supports USB-C charging directly on the headset.
- Charging while Powered On: The indicator light will slowly flash yellow for 3 seconds, then become solid yellow when fully charged.
- Charging while Powered Off: The indicator light will flash yellow slowly, then become solid yellow when fully charged.

5.2 Cleaning
Wipe the headsets and charging station with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Indicator Light Status
- Solid Green: Microphone is active and talking.
- Solid Red: Microphone is muted.
- Flashing Green Slowly: Microphone is not connected.
- Red Flashing Slowly: Battery is low and will shut down within 10-30 minutes.
- Red and Green Flashing: Headset is upgrading firmware.
6.2 Connection Issues
If headsets fail to connect, ensure they are within the 1100ft range and repeat the pairing process (Section 3.3).
6.3 Audio Quality
The dual-mic ENC technology is designed to cancel environmental noise. Ensure microphone cushions are properly installed for optimal performance.
