  • Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for an extended period, charge the battery periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

Speaker Does Not Power On

  • Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the USB-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Press and hold the Power button firmly for several seconds.

Cannot Pair with Bluetooth Device

  • Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (LED indicator flashing).
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range (typically 10 meters or 33 feet).
  • Forget or remove the speaker from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
  • Restart both the speaker and your Bluetooth device.
  • Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the speaker.

No Sound or Low Volume

  • Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the speaker is properly paired and connected to your device.
  • If using Dual Party Mode, ensure both speakers are correctly linked and your device is connected to the primary speaker.
  • Test with a different audio source or device to rule out issues with the original source.

Speaker Shuts Off Unexpectedly

  • Check the battery level. A low battery can cause the speaker to power off.
  • Ensure the speaker is not overheating. Use it in a well-ventilated area.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting the speaker (refer to the manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if not detailed here).
