4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the laser pointer. The device features a built-in USB charging port.

1. Unscrew the tail cap of the laser pointer to reveal the USB-A connector.
2. Plug the USB-A connector directly into any standard USB port (e.g., computer, wall adapter, power bank).
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate (color may vary) during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.
4. Once charged, remove from the USB port and screw the tail cap back on securely.

The laser pointer can be conveniently charged via any standard USB port.

4.2 Attaching the Lanyard

Attach the included lanyard to the designated loop on the tail cap for secure handling and to prevent accidental drops.

5.1 Basic Operation

To activate the laser, press and hold the power button located on the side of the device. Release the button to turn off the laser.

5.2 Switching Laser Modes (Star Cap)

The Cyahvtl Laser Pointer offers two distinct projection modes:

• Straight Line Mode: For a single, focused green laser beam, ensure the star cap is removed from the front of the laser pointer.
• Gypsophila (Starry) Mode: To project multiple scattered laser dots, screw the star cap onto the front of the laser pointer. Rotate the star cap to change the pattern of the scattered dots.

The star cap creates various "gypsophila" or starry patterns.
