4. Before First Use
Before using your air fryer for the first time, follow these steps:
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean the frying basket and any removable parts with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate space (at least 10 cm / 4 inches) around the back and sides for proper ventilation.
- It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) during the first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell or smoke may occur, which is normal and will dissipate.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Off
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- The appliance will power on when the timer knob is turned from the "OFF" position.
- To turn off, rotate the timer knob back to the "OFF" position, or the appliance will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero.
5.2 Temperature and Time Adjustment
- Temperature: Use the temperature knob to set the desired cooking temperature between 170°F (80°C) and 400°F (200°C).
- Time: Use the timer knob to set the cooking time, up to 30 minutes. The appliance will begin heating once the timer is set.

- Select the desired preset by rotating the temperature knob to the corresponding icon on the control panel.
- Set the timer knob to the recommended time for the selected preset.

5.4 General Cooking Guidelines
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at the desired temperature before adding food.
- Food Placement: Do not overfill the basket. Ensure food is spread in a single layer for even cooking.
- Shaking/Flipping: For many foods, especially smaller items like fries or chicken wings, shaking or flipping the food halfway through cooking will promote even browning.
- Oil Usage: A small amount of oil (1 tablespoon or less) can be added to some foods to enhance crispiness, but it is not always necessary due to the 360° hot air circulation technology.
