Manual Mode (Swatter Racket)

This mode is ideal for actively swatting flying insects.

  • Slide the mode switch to the "ON1" (middle) position.
  • Press and hold the activation button on the handle. The indicator light will illuminate.
  • Swing the racket at flying insects. The 4000-volt grid will instantly eliminate them upon contact.
  • For insects on a flat surface, gently place the grid over them while holding the activation button.

Automatic Mode (Hands-Free Lamp)

This mode utilizes UV light to attract and eliminate insects passively.

  • Ensure the tripod legs are deployed for stability.
  • Slide the mode switch to the "ON2" (top) position.
  • The 5 UV lights will activate, emitting 360-400NM wavelengths to attract mosquitoes and other flying insects to the electrified grid.
  • Place the racket in an area where insects are present, such as a kitchen counter or camping table.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your YsChois Electric Fly Swatter Racket, please consider the following:

  • Device Not Activating: Ensure the device is fully charged and the mode switch is in the correct "ON1" or "ON2" position. For manual mode, confirm the activation button is pressed.
  • Reduced Zapping Power: A low battery can reduce the effectiveness of the zapping grid. Recharge the device fully.
  • Insects Not Attracted (Automatic Mode): Ensure the UV lights are active. For best results, use in darker environments where UV light is more prominent.
  • Physical Obstruction: Check for any large debris or insects stuck in the grid that might be preventing proper function. Clean with the provided brush while the device is OFF.
