2. Package Contents

3. Setup Instructions

3.1. Installing the Battery

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the numeric keypad.

3.3. Powering On and Initial Use

Once the battery is installed and the USB receiver is connected, the keypad is ready for use. There is no separate power button; it activates automatically upon connection and enters sleep mode when idle to conserve power.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Basic Keypad Functions

The keypad features 22 keys, including standard numeric keys (0-9), arithmetic operators (+, -, *, /), Enter, Del, and special function keys.

  • Numeric Keys (0-9): For entering numerical data.
  • Arithmetic Operators (+, -, *, /): For mathematical calculations.
  • Enter: Confirms input or moves to the next line.
  • Del: Deletes characters.

4.2. Special Function Keys

  • Num Lock: Toggles the numeric keypad between number entry and navigation functions (Home, End, PgUp, PgDn). An indicator light on the keypad will show its status.
  • ESC: Escape key, typically used to cancel an operation or close a menu.
  • Tab: Moves the cursor to the next tab stop or field.

4.3. Power Saving Features

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

5.2. Battery Replacement
