3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the Aquapik One. A full charge typically takes several hours.

2. Turn on the device and select your desired mode.
3. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to flow into the sink.
4. Guide the water jet along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Ensure you clean both the front and back surfaces of your teeth.
5. For optimal results, start with the back teeth and work your way to the front, covering all areas.
6. Turn off the device when finished or when the reservoir is empty.

4.4 Using the Irrigator (Nasal)

Use the dedicated nasal irrigator nozzle for nasal cleaning. Fill the reservoir with a saline solution specifically designed for nasal irrigation, or lukewarm water mixed with non-iodized salt (consult a healthcare professional for proper saline solution preparation).

1. Lean over a sink and tilt your head to one side.
2. Gently insert the nasal nozzle into one nostril, ensuring a comfortable seal.
