Safety Information

• Do not expose the clock to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
• Avoid dropping the clock or subjecting it to strong impacts.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
• Remove batteries if the clock will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.

Display Features:

• Time Display: Large 11.5 cm high numbers, switchable between 12H and 24H format.
• Calendar Display: Full display of day, date, month, and year with 2.5 cm high numbers. Available in 7 languages: French, English, German, Dutch, Danish, Spanish, and Italian.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 4 x AA LR06 batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
5. The clock will power on automatically and begin searching for the radio signal.

2. Initial Time and Date Synchronization (Radio-Controlled)

Upon battery installation, the clock will automatically attempt to synchronize with the radio-controlled time signal. This process may take a few minutes to several hours depending on your location and signal strength. Ensure the clock is placed away from electronic devices that may cause interference.

• A signal icon will typically appear on the display during synchronization.
• Once synchronized, the time, date, and DST (Daylight Saving Time) will be set automatically.

3. Mounting Options

The Orium clock offers versatile placement options:

• Tabletop Placement: Extend the retractable legs on the back of the clock to stand it upright on a flat surface.
• Wall Mounting: Use the integrated keyholes on the back of the clock to hang it securely on a wall using appropriate screws (not included).

Operating Instructions

The clock's settings buttons are located on the side for easy access. Refer to the specific button labels for precise functions.

Manual Time and Date Setting (If Radio Control Fails)

In areas with poor radio signal, you may need to set the time and date manually.

1. Press and hold the "SET" button (or equivalent) until the display flashes.
2. Use the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons to adjust the flashing value (e.g., hour, minute, year, month, day).
3. Press "SET" again to confirm the value and move to the next setting.
4. Repeat until all settings are complete. The clock will exit setting mode automatically after a period of inactivity or by pressing "SET" one last time.

Setting Alarms

The clock features two programmable daily alarms.

1. Press the "ALARM" button (or equivalent) to cycle through Alarm 1, Alarm 2, and Alarm Off.
2. To set an alarm, press and hold the "ALARM" button until the alarm time flashes.
3. Use "UP" or "DOWN" to adjust the hour, then press "ALARM" to confirm and move to minutes.
4. Adjust minutes, then press "ALARM" to save.
5. To activate/deactivate an alarm, short press the "ALARM" button until the corresponding alarm icon appears/disappears on the display.

Changing Temperature Unit (0C/0F)

A dedicated button, often labeled "0C/0F" or "TEMP", allows you to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

• Press the "0C/0F" button once to toggle the temperature display.

Language Selection for Calendar

The calendar day and month can be displayed in 7 languages.

• Locate the "LANGUAGE" or "LANG" button.
• Press the button repeatedly to cycle through French, English, German, Dutch, Danish, Spanish, and Italian.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the clock's surface with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners, abrasive materials, or solvents.
• Battery Replacement: When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all 4 AA batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation and accurate readings. Follow the battery installation steps in the Setup section.
